Ann Brudvik, DVM
Dr. Ann Brudvik moved to Edmonds and purchased Woodhaven Veterinary Clinic in 1992. After graduating from veterinary school at the University of Minnesota in 1971, she moved to Puget Sound and has practiced here ever since.
Veterinary medicine is constantly changing and there are new challenges everyday, but the joy of caring for pets and helping people is always satisfying.
Over the years, she has had dogs, cats, goats and ducks, but currently there is just one kitty at home since she gets to play with her patients at work. When not working, Ann enjoys gardening, cooking and reading.
Jennifer Creason, DVM
Dr. Jennifer Creason is a Seattle native. She joined Woodhaven directly after receiving her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Washington State University in 1998.
She is especially interested in the human-animal bond, and in her spare time enjoys traveling, cooking, kayaking and of course “anything that has to do with animals,” including her own three cats and sweet Wheaten Terrier.
Jennifer was featured as one of Seattle’s Outstanding Leaders in the promotion by Macy’s and KING-TV designed to encourage and mentor young people to enter professional careers.
Suzanne Endicott, DVM

Lina Mohamed, DVM
Originally from Toronto, Dr. Lina Mohamed moved to upstate New York to attend Cornell University where, at the top of her class, she earned her B.Sc. in Animal Science and Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degrees. Dr. Mohamed is always looking for ways to expand her knowledge and skills, both professionally and personally. She cherishes sharing her life with her loving husband, two strongly opinionated cats and a bouncy little dog. Outside of her profession, Dr. Mohamed can often be found tending her garden, checking out the local restaurant scene with friends, and engaging in activities at the local gym. In the warmer months, she delights in throwing her camping gear into her pickup truck and heading out to explore the beauty of the Pacific Northwest!
After providing exceptional veterinary care and service for nearly 10 years in Seattle, Dr. Mohamed joined the Woodhaven team. She is dedicated to being your “other” family doctor, helping you to care for your beloved 4-legged family members from the exuberant days of youth through the golden years of age.

Maria Baker, DVM
Michael Brands, DVM
Sachi Shinagawa, DVM
Maria Baker, DVM
Dr. Baker graduated from Washington State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2006, and has practiced in Western Washington since then.
In 2018, she started providing relief work at small animal hospitals so that other veterinarians could take time off. Maria’s first veterinary job was at Woodhaven over 20 years ago, when Dr. Brudvik hired her to assist in patient care so she is especially excited to be providing relief work at Woodhaven today. Maria’s special interests include internal medicine, dermatology and geriatric care.
In her free time, Maria loves to be outside exploring the Pacific Northwest with her partner, Andrew, their goofy border collie mix, Hank, and a very outgoing tortoiseshell cat, April.
Michael Brands, DVM
Dr. Brands was born in Indiana, but has been a West Coaster since 2000. He studied engineering and business at Purdue University before starting a career in retail management. It took some time before he found his true calling in life and enrolled in veterinary school at the University of Minnesota, where he earned his DVM degree.
After graduation, he moved to Seattle where he worked as an associate in one practice for five years. He then made the transition to working as a relief veterinarian to create more flexibility in his schedule. That flexibility allows him to enjoy more of what he and his family love most: hiking, camping and globetrotting.
Dr. Brands lives in Ballard with his wife, two young (and crazy) boys, plus their dog (Rumi) and cat (Rhubarb).
Sachi Shinagawa, DVM
Dr. Sachi Shinagawa was born and raised in Texas. She attended University of Texas for her biology degree and received her veterinary degree from Texas A&M University. She moved to Oregon in 2009, and feel in love with the Pacific Northwest!
She moved to Seattle from Portland and became a relief veterinarian for Woodhaven Veterinary Clinic in 2017. Her areas of interest include allergies, geriatric patient care, and preventative care. She looks forward to meeting your furry children!
